Delivery and returns

Your products are shipped from our own warehouse in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

Orders placed before 16:00 on working days are dispatched the same day.

Delivery is free on orders from €16.99 in the Netherlands and from €50 in Belgium.

If something does go wrong, we can usually sort it out quickly. We are happy to help you with eligible returns, the return instructions and the return address. If you need a return or an exchange, send us an email at info@axiompronet.nl so we can resolve it promptly. You can also simply request a return using the 'withdrawal' button.
